The 2017 NFL Draft kicks off tonight at 5pm PT with Round 1 and continues through Saturday.
Just like last year, there are a lot of Bruins eligible for this draft. The list includes Takkarist McKinley, Eddie Vanderdoes, Jayon Brown, Conor McDermott, Eli Ankou, Jayon Brown, Deon Hollins and Fabian Moreau.
This year’s draft is being held in the City of Brotherly Love: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There’s a lot of history to be had in Philly, starting with Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell Museum to the Rocky Statue which is adjacent to the Philadelphia Museum of Art where the Draft is being held.
While this won’t be the first time the NFL Draft is held in Philadelphia, it will be the first time it will be held entirely outdoors.
As usual, ESPN, ESPN2 and NFL Network will be covering it all at various points over the next three days.
And, again, you can actually listen to draft coverage on satellite radio.
That's important to know, especially for today's first round. Here on the West Coast, the Draft starts at 5pm PT. That's quitting time for a lot of us in the Pacific time zone. So, if you have Sirius or XM in your car you can listen to their draft coverage during your commute home.
Go Bruins!!!
