NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that Washington Redskins QB coach Kevin O’Connell has turned down an offer to become Chip Kelly’s offensive coordinator for the UCLA Bruins. Rapoport tweeted out the news this morning.

Offensive coordinator is the biggest open position still remaining on Chip Kelly’s staff.
