Adarius Pickett will return to the UCLA Bruins for his senior season. The redshirt junior from Richmond, CA announced his decision tonight on Twitter.

Pickett deserves some major kudos. He is clearly bucking the trend here, which is to leave school early to pursue the riches of the NFL.
Pickett is the first Bruin junior who has decided to return rather than declare for the draft. So far this week, three Bruins have declared for the 2018 NFL Draft. The decision by Josh Rosen was an obvious one while Kolton Miller and Jordan Lasley may have decided to leave school too early.
I also love the leadership challenge that Pickett offers to his teammates when he said that they have some work to do.
Hopefully, this will influence the decision of Nate Meadors, another UCLA defensive back who could choose to leave early, and convinces him to return as well.
I’m looking forward to watching Adarius next season as a senior.
Go Bruins!
