This morning, UCLA TE Austin Roberts announced that he is declaring for the 2018 NFL Draft. Roberts is a redshirt junior who will be graduating.
Given that he will have earned his degree, declaring for the draft makes sense despite the fact that his stats for the season were solid but not spectacular, even after Caleb Wilson got hurt.
Roberts announced his decision with this tweet on Twitter.
Had a few typos on the first draft but thank you UCLA! pic.twitter.com/o9MwVs5FUe

I think it’s funny that he admits that he had a few typos in the first draft because he did miss a few in this version as well.
Regardless, we want to thank Austin for his contributions to UCLA Football and wish him the best of luck in this year’s NFL Draft.
Go Bruins!
