What's Bruin: Coach Mora Talks About Playing Arizona State

What's Bruin this Wednesday morning? There are soccer accolades, two recruits have been selected as Army All-Americans, and Coach Mora discusses facing ASU.

Casey Sapio-USA TODAY Sports

Good morning, Bruin fans! Let's jump right in and find out What's Bruin on this Wednesday morning. We'll start off this morning with some weekly accolades and I'm not talking about Josh Rosen.

Men's and Women's Soccer

Sophomore striker Seyi Adekoya was named the Pac-12 Player of the Week for scoring four goals and leading UCLA to a 2-1 record last week.

Meanwhile, redshirt freshman Arielle Schechtman was named the Pac-12 Goalkeeper of the Week for her 10-save performance in the team's Pac-12 game against Oregon.

Recruiting

Jordan Fuller, Bruin recruit and brother of current Bruin Devin Fuller, has been selected for the Army All-American game, according to a report from Scout.

Meanwhile, Scout/BRO has an article on Bruin commit DE Breland Brandt who has also been selected for the Army All-American game.

Football

Moving to football, ESPN has a humorous look at last week's college football action in an article/video they call Drawing Conclusions. Basically, it's another chance for them to use the cartoons they've been using including the one which has the wine-sipping bear which bears an uncanny resemblance to Dan Guerrero.

Meanwhile, ESPN's Heather Dinich has UCLA in her Top 4 while Ted Miller, one of ESPN's Pac-12 beat writers, writes about how Coach Mora wants improvement from the defense.

Tracy Pierson published an article on BRO featuring Caleb Benenoch meeting with the media yesterday after practice.

And, finally today, we have Coach Mora speaking with the media after yesterday's practice.

Thanks to Tracy for posting both videos.

And, that's What's Bruin on this Wednesday morning.
