UCLA Football has gotten another commitment for this fall's incoming class. Roseville, CA offensive lineman Kolton Miller has just given his commitment to become a Bruin - the third player in as many days that has made the decision to come to Westwood this fall. Coach Klemm was the first to break the news:

916 is a reference to Kolton's Sacramento-area area code, but his identity was soon clarified for anyone confused by that tweet.

Miller measures in at a massive 6'8 and 280-290 lbs; Rivals.com rates him as a 4-star recruit and the 34th best prospect in California, with 247 sports also giving him 4-stars. Scout has him at 3-stars and the 28th ranked offensive tackle in this year's incoming class. In choosing UCLA, he passed up offers from Arizona, ASU, Nebraska, Oregon, Oregon State and Wisconsin among others.
Kolton will join Alex Van Dyke as members of this year's recruiting class from the Sacramento area, along with Eddie Vanderdoes already on campus. Sacramento Bee reporter Joe Davidson wrote up a piece on him heading into a regional all-star game last month, with this tidbit thrown in.
Roseville coach Larry Cunha, the offensive coordinator for the North team, said Miller is "a special player ... (with a) great future."
Miller is the most celebrated football player at Roseville High since Tedy Bruschi in 1990...
Cunha put Miller in touch with Bruschi to talk football – and hopes and dreams. "It was a nice call," Miller said. "He told me to enjoy my senior season, to enjoy high school because once you get to college, it becomes a business."
Hudl.com has highlights and game film on him from the past two seasons, while ESPN has a brief recruiting video.
Kolton joins Najee Torian in this fall's offensive line incoming class - along with U of Miami tackle Malcolm Bunche. Additionally, UCLA coaches had an in-home visit with elite offensive guard/Ohio State commit Demetrius Knox earlier today, and have gotten him to take an official visit to Westwood on January 31st, making that final recruiting weekend all the crazier for the Bruins.
Welcome to Westwood, Kolton. And...
GO BRUINS!
