With National Signing Day less than a month away, our coaches can't take a moment off of the recruiting trail. Last weekend's trio of new Bruins was a great start to the final recruiting stretch, and tonight another elite high school player - Bosco (Bellflower, CA) defensive end Jacob Tuioti-Mariner - has committed to UCLA.
#UCLA has received a verbal commitment from 2014 4 star defensive end Jacob Tuioti-Mariner.

Jacob is the high school teammate of now-fellow Bruin commit Jaleel Wadood, who may actually have been the first to break tonight's news.
Congrats to my fellow teammate @jacobtui51, he just committed to UCLA !!!!! #UhOh #BruinRevolution.

Tuioti-Mariner has been a prime Bruin recruiting target for a while now, holding offers from a number of schools including Arizona, Washington and Wisconsin. He is a 4-star recruit per Scout.com rated the 25th best DE prospect in the nation; 3-stars from Rivals.com, who rates him the #32 DE nationally and the 54th ranked prospect in California.
Scout.com posted tape of him from Bosco's recent game against Centennial-Corona on YouTube.
And some additional highlight clips.
Another big defensive pickup for Coach Mora and Coach Klemm (who per Rivals.com was the pointman for Jacob's recruitment), continuing to build up the D-Line.
Welcome to Westwood, Jacob. And...
GO BRUINS!
