Ishmael Adams, Jordan Payton, Cameron Judge, Malcolm Jones and now Michael Pittman out of the class of 2016 is a UCLA Bruin commit out of powerhouse Oaks Christian.
The son of 2002 Super Bowl Champion running back Michael Pittman (one of my favorite players on that Tampa Bay team, so this is a cool random commit for me as a Buccaneers fan) chose the Bruins, who offered him on Thursday and got the pledge today. Pittman had garnered offers from Washington and UC Berkeley.
It is insanely early in the recruiting cycle for the 2016 class, so don't get overly worried about Pittman's lack of ratings on the recruiting services. He's 6'4", 205 and looks like a hell of a player on tape. Could see him on either side of the ball at the next level.
I'm going to overwhelm you with videos at the end of this post and direct you to his Hudl page here to see a mid-season highlight tape and some individual cut-ups from his games.
As always, Go Bruins!.
