Hands selected UCLA over numerous other schools including Louisville, Arizona, Cal, Southern Cal, ASU, Washington and Gonzaga.
Hands is 6'2" tall and weighs in at 165 lbs. He is ranked as the #1 PG in the state of California for the 2017 class by multiple websites and he is a composite 4-star prospect.
His decision could positively impact UCLA's recruiting of TJ Leaf who is Hands' teammate on the Compton Magic.
Here's some video of Hands playing for the Compton Magic.
Welcome to Westwood, Jaylen!
Go Bruins!
