BOOM! 4* WR Damian Alloway commits to UCLA Football!

In a cool video revealed by the Bleacher Report 4* Wide Receiver Damian Alloway committed to play football for the UCLA Bruins!

Russ Isabella-USA TODAY Sports

This morning we got our first tease with this tweet:

Where will he go? Well, the school was announced at the end of this video...just watch:

Personally, I enjoyed the Mom cameo with some sage words of wisdom to "follow your heat son."

Damian hails from the heart of IE country, Fontana, which I'm sure is making IEAngel smile. Damian is listed as 5'10" tall weighing 170 lbs by Scout.

Damian is a Scout top 300 player ranked as the #6 best WR in California and #36 WR nationally. He's a gunner who is quick and explosive and is going to be a nightmare for defensive coordinators when paired with Theo Howard! He also loves to field kick returns to show off his speed.

Let's get to know Damian a bit.

He'd like to own a company one day and "make millions." With a UCLA education, sky's the limit Damian.

Now to see his play, let's take a look at his 2015 highlights (courtesy of Scout):

And there's this nifty move:

It was two school battle between UCLA and Notre Dame, but luckily for us, Damian decided to stay local. His official visit to UCLA is this weekend but being close, I'm sure there have been many opportunities to visit UCLA unofficially.

According to Scout, Coaches Meat and Yarbs are responsible for his recruitment as well as some of the other Bruin commits:

"Coach Meat (Demetrice Martin) and Coach Yarbs (Eric Yarber) have been recruiting me the whole time and I have a great relationship with them.  They've been pretty cool and then all my Ground Zero guys, Demetric Felton, Lokeni and Leni Toailoa and Krys Barnes, plus Breland Brandt, they're recruiting me.  And Nathan Meadors is too.  I've never been on campus with a tour or able to talk to the academic people, so I'm doing that on my visit and getting the full experience."

In terms of the 2016 recruiting class, well, this bumps us into the top 10:

We're not done yet--check out full coverage next Wednesday during NSD!

Go Bruins!
