So far, this Spring, UCLA Football has built a solid foundation for the 2018 recruiting class. Last night, 4-star safety Stephan Blaylock became the eighth member of the Bruins’ 2018 class when he announced his commitment to UCLA.
Blaylock is 6’0” tall and weighs in at 180 pounds.
Blaylock announced his decision on Twitter.
Blaylock becomes the third safety in UCLA’s 2018 recruiting class after Jhevon Hill, who committed in March, and Cam’ron Jones, who committed last month. 247Sports ranks Blaylock as the 23rd best safety in the nation.
He chose UCLA over Oregon and Nebraska. According to Scout, Blaylock had visited Oregon twice last month, but he told Greg Biggins that his relationship with Bruin DB Coach Demetrice Martin and his comfort level on campus were the reasons for his decision.
Here are the highlights from his sophomore season.
Welcome to Westwood, Stephan!
