UCLA Football add the tenth commitment of the 2018 recruiting class when defensive tackle Niti Liu of Grant Union High School in Sacramento announced his commitment yesterday. Liu made the announcement on Twitter.

Liu is 6’3 tall and weighs 310 pounds. He benchpresses 315 lbs. and can squat 425 lbs.
In addition to UCLA, Liu also had offers from Arizona, Fresno State and Utah.

He is ranked as the sixth best defensive tackle in California and tenth best in the West and 68th in the nation by Scout.com. 247Sports ranks him as the 88th best defensive tackle in the country.
Liu is the second defensive lineman to join the 2018 recruiting class. The other is Aaron Maldonado who committed in March.
