While this year college football held its first Early Signing Period in December, we are now just two weeks away from the traditional National Signing Day on Wednesday, February 7th.
That means that we should expect to start seeing a flurry of commitments as new UCLA Bruins head coach Chip Kelly and staff finish up recruiting those student-athletes who did not sign with a school during the Early Signing Period.
And, there have been several commitments this week. First, it was Patrick Jolly, Jr. Then, earlier today, the Bruins added JUCO transfer Je’Vari Anderson to the 2018 recruiting class.
Well, this evening, there is yet another addition as 3-star WR Delon Hurt has committed to the Bruins. Hurt is a 6’0”, 191-lb senior from Servite HS in Anaheim, who had been committed to Utah until a few days ago when he received an offer from UCLA.

Hurt appears to be an elusive receiver in his senior season highlights from Hudl.com. Overall, he looks fast, but he also has the size to be able to bust through a double-team and get downfield to make the catch.
Hurt joins three other receivers in this year’s recruiting class and he brings UCLA’s recruiting class up to fifteen overall.
It should be exciting to see who else Coach Kelly and his staff are able to land over the next two weeks!
Since we haven’t really updated the complete class since the end of the Early Signing Period, let’s look at that list before wrapping up.
