The 2020 UCLA Bruins football recruiting class grew a little bigger on Friday when three-star outside linebacker Joquarri Price signed with the Bruins on the final day of the Early Signing Period.

Price is a 6’2” tall, 255-lb. linebacker from Desert Ridge High School in Mesa, Arizona.
He is known primarily as a pass rusher and led Arizona 6A in sacks in 2019 with 15. So, in that respect, he looks to be a much needed addition to the Bruin defense.
On his senior year highlights from Hudl.com, Price definitely shows off his pass rushing skills, but my favorite highlight comes about midway through the video when Price blocks a punt. That’s something else UCLA hasn’t had for a while in addition to the Bruins’ lack of a serious pass rush.
Let’s take a look at Price’s highlights:
While Price is the eighth linebacker in this class for the Bruins, linebacker is a huge position of need for UCLA. So, having that many linebackers in this particular class is not a bad thing.
Welcome to Westwood, Joquarri!
Go Bruins!!!
