The UCLA Bruins received a big-time commitment, literally, when Garrett DiGiorgio committed to the Bruins a week ago. At 6’7, 295 pounds, DiGiorgio ranks as one of the nation’s top offensive tackle prospects and the 54th-best player in the state of California.
He’s listed as an All-American by Sports Illustrated ahead of the 2020 season and pledged his services back on July 4 to the Bruins.
Today, we take a look at the video highlights of DiGiorgio, who 247Sports’ Greg Biggins evaluated as:
He’s a true tackle prospect and one of the most physical lineman in the region. He’s a naturally strong kid, a mauler in the run game and an improving athlete as well. He’s a player we know loves the weight room and has the off the field work ethic and mean streak in the trenches to excel at the college level. He plays right tackle at the high school level and that’s probably where he projects best at although we could see him slide inside and play guard as well.
